It is now one week since we were visited by your Sales Manager, Mr Frank Sinclair regarding our ‘Post Code’ Security System Offer.
He arrived at the surprising time of 8:45 pm and spent the next two and a half hours giving a breezy account of the benefits of the system, the ease of having it installed, the great sense of security it would bring and the comfort we would have in knowing that the financial side of the venture would not break the bank is a insignificant factor for a ‘senior citizens’.
Frank’s manner was courteous, friendly, caring and persuasive without being pushy.
We found his ‘patter’ amusing, entertaining but shrewd and to the point.
Reverting to time when we handed out marks as teachers we’d give him a very well deserved 10/10.

Not only did it make me feel 100% secure, but yesterday when I forgot to push the ‘off’ button, the response was so swift that I hardly had time to correct my mistake before he rang to ask if I was okay.
Your staff were incredibly efficient and the job was done in 2 days, I would like to especially thank Andrew, the Risk Assessor for explaining the system so comprehensively, and the young man who came to install it the following day. He wouldn’t even stop for a cup of tea.
